Design System Vision
A UX vision that moved a joint venture: working, navigable patterns that helped secure €5M in initial funding and pulled the decision six months forward.
Context
Two companies were weighing a joint venture around one idea: a single design language across every product a rail operator touches. The decision sat at board level, the concept sat in slide decks — and slide decks do not move boardrooms.

Ship the vision as software, not slides. A clickable, navigable prototype built on real use cases — with design tokens and a component library underneath — meant the boards were not asked to imagine the promise. They clicked through it, and the buildability question answered itself.
Process
Twelve weeks from initiative to handover. Ten-plus stakeholder interviews and C-level workshops set the direction; five modular use cases shaped the system; tokens and a Figma library made it real; a clickable prototype carried two end-to-end scenarios into the board presentations. The engagement closed with a roadmap and design-system v0.1 — a foundation, not a report.
